Swihart Industries operates as a cellular concept machining plant. Our turnaround times are among the best in the industry. Once a brand new part order is finalized, we take only 4 to 6 weeks to turn parts around; for repeat parts or for parts that we have produced in the past, we can deliver in under 1 week.

CNC Machining Technology

The use of technology tools enhances the overall efficiency of our parts manufacturing process. Some of the CNC manufacturing tools we use include SolidWorks, Vericut ToolPath, and MasterCAM. These tools allow us to streamline our information sharing processes, thereby saving our clients valuable time and money.

Barcoding

We have the capability to barcode the parts that we produce, to facilitate part traceability. This critical element in supply chain management provides our customers with additional production efficiency at their own facilities, with regards to managing inventory levels.
