Swihart has various quantitative measures in place to evolve our capabilities continually. These metrics are reviewed frequently to identify areas in which we are optimized, and areas that may need improvement. Some examples include:

Machine Up-Time: 97.7%

Scrap Percentage: We measure our materials waste to guarantee efficiency, continually remaining far below the industry average. Our effectiveness in ensuring minimal material waste allows us to provide the best possible products to our customers, at the lowest total cost per part.

On-time Delivery: Our on-time delivery percentage is near perfect at 99.8%.

Supply Chain Management: We maintain a monthly supplier scorecard for all Swihart-approved clients. The scorecard includes such metrics as supplier pricing, quality, on-time delivery, and communication.
