Turn-Around Standards

Swihart Industries has one of the quickest turn-around delivery times in the industry. Our turn-around standard is 4 to 6 weeks for new parts, and under 1 week for repeat parts. We achieve these standards through practiced efficiencies in the following areas:

Number of shifts running per week: We have a flexible workforce to satisfy our customer needs. We are committed to providing on-time delivery, every time.

Maintenance program: We believe machine up-time is critical, therefore maintenance programs are in place to keep all of our machines in top working order at all times. We also measure overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Inventory management: By managing the finished goods inventory in our warehouse, we know exactly what parts we have on-hand, thereby enabling us to quickly turn around any customer’s delivery expectations at any time.
